POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the MDU Sales Manager, this position will provide on-going supervision and training to the MDU Concierge Representatives or Concierge Account Executives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Coordinate with Area Sales Manager to supervise all Concierge Account Executive activities.

Monitor attendance, production and other activities of Concierge Account Executives. • Assist Area Sales Manager in establishing policies and procedures, commissions,

incentives/bonuses etc. • Analyze sales areas and performance to required quotas to provide feedback to Concierge

Account Executives. Compile field sales results and report as required to the Area Sales Manager. • Assist in ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to meet scheduled activity and sales

sales activities, goal setting, etc. • Promptly handle customer complaints regarding scheduling, pricing, and other direct sales-related

calls. • Keep management and/or other departments abreast of current developments, concerns or

events as they occur. Coordinate with other supervisors and managers as needed. • Provide sales and product training to Concierge Account Executives, as necessary.

Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs signal security audits to determine unauthorized connections in a manner consistent with Time Warner Cable policies, procedures, quality standards, customer needs and applicable local, state and federal regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Inspects cable connections throughout the service area to ensure subscribers and/or non-

subscribers are not receiving unauthorized cable services; Inspects contractor and employee installation and repair work.

• Performs investigations of suspected cable theft and coordinates for initial law enforcement intervention. Testifies as a witness in court proceedings when necessary.

• Solicits programming sales to identified unauthorized viewers. For conversions, properly prepares sale orders, accepts initial service and installation payments and previous debt payments. Responsible for the proper and accurate distribution of collected payments.

• Prepares weekly reports on number and type discrepancies identified and corrected. • Completes special assignments, conducts light field repairs and assists in other field operations as

directed. • Responds politely and professionally to all customers and the public. Maintains a courteous and

professional attitude when confronted with irrational, irate or hostile persons/situations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. • One year related experience preferred. • Must have a valid CA. Driver’s License and safe driving record. • Prior electronic/CATV experience preferred. • Efficiently grasps/uses hand tools including drills, crimpers, wrenches, etc. • Able to effectively use/read test equipment (leakage detector, signal meter, TV, etc.). • Must be able to lift and move a ladder weighing approximately 68 pounds, climb ladders and gaff

telephone/utility poles to a height of approximately 20 feet. • Physically able to work in adverse weather conditions and able to enter confined spaces such as

attics and crawl spaces

• Ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notice required.
