The centrinorm series is designed to DINstandard 24255. This means:

.Principal dimensions are standard-ised, ensuring trouble-freereplace-ment.

Suitable for pumping all liquids that areclean, or carry light suspensions ofsolid impurities, and that do not corrodeeither cast iron or bronz.e.

. Back pull-out type; use of a spacercoupling permits removal of thebearing bracket, complete with pumprotor etc. without the disconnectionof the suction and discharge or remo-val of the motor.APPLICATIONS

Cold and hot water circulation in aircondition installations.

.The chromium steel oversized shaftoffers a minimum of shaft deflectionand a maximum resistance to corro-sion and wear, so ensuring low main-tenance costs.

.Only five different bearing bracketsizes are necessary for the wholerange. This makes for optimal inter- .changeability and thus minimal stockrequirements for spare parts.

to the suction level is less critical.

In industrial and municipal water supplyinstallations.

. Self-venting volute.

. The version with mechanical seal canoperate at up to 1400 C withoutstuffing box cooling; this minimisesthe cost of the installation.

.FURTHER FACTS ABOUT THECENTRINORM PUMP.

The complete range consists of 50 pumpsizes. 29 Of these fill the Q-H grid of DINstandard 24255.The dimensions of these pumps alsoconform to this DIN standard. Theremaining 21 pumps fall outside thegrid covered by the DIN standard.The impel/er has back vanes, reducingthe pressure on the shaft seal and keepingthe axial thrust on the pump rotor toa minimum.Pumps with bearing bracket groups 1,1a, 2 and 3 (see dimension chart) havedustproof grease-packed deep grooveball bearings.Those with bearing bracket group 4have a roller bearing and a double rowangular contact bearing with greasenipples for lubrication.The mating surfaces of pump casingand cover are outside the casing gasket,so they do not come into contact withthe liquid pumped. The same appliesfor the casing studs.Can be supplied in three standard ma-terials.
