Congratulations to the wonderful cats and their people on their 2015- 2016 regional wins! My sincerest gratitude to the residents and friends of the Southwest Region for all your hard work this past season. It was trying at times and you really persevered to make it great.

I’ve truly appreciated getting to know you, long-time and new fanciers alike. We are lucky to have true legends in our region--people and cats we’ve long admired whom continue to achieve great heights. We also welcome and celebrate and several first time regional winners. Here’s to many more!

Youth Feline Education Program Southwest Region 2015-2016

Congratulations to the Southwest Region youth participants on a successful show season.

Their current successes are the foundation on which a very bright future will be built. The program was designed to let the young people of CFA determine their own path through various activities in hopes that they will find themselves in the hobby they love and in life in general. All our kids have accomplished a great deal this year from showing their feline companion to raising money for a feral program to promoting CFA in the most positive light to the general public.

The positive attitudes these youth people have exhibited all year have given us some great moments and wonderful memories to be shared with family, friends, and the cat fancy in general. The contri-butions made by each of them will be felt for years to come, it gives the program great pleasure to recognize the Southwest Regions youth and to announce that some of Southwest Region youth will also be recognized at the Annual for National Awards.
