After harvest, Syngenta will collect reference field input and yield data and determine the aver-

age yield (based upon the 3 nearest reference field yields). When comparing reference field data, if

Syngenta’s protocol does not yield at least 10% more than the standard grower practice, Syngenta

will pay grower $20 per acre for each individual crop, potential assurance value up to $40 per acre.

Participating grower must purchase the following Qualified Products with matching acres using the

product rates at the end of this document.

fungicide + Cruiser® 5FS seed treatment insecticide

Step 2: Palisade® EC plant growth regulator + Quilt Xcel® fungicides

Step 1: NK® Soybean variety treated with CruiserMaxx® Advanced plus Vibrance or ClariviaTM
