HOW TO SPAAppointments and Reservations As Spa La Vie and Salon is a destination spa, we suggest you reserve spa and salon appointments prior to your arrival at Paragon Casino Resort. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a Credit Card. We recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time.

Cancellation PolicyTreatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. All no-showappointments will be charged in full. Groupreservations are subject to contracted agreement.

Cell Phone PolicyEvery effort has been made to make Spa La Vie a tranquil environment; therefore we request cell phones be used only in case of emergency. Please turn your cell phone on silent or off mode.

Spa BoutiqueTo further enhance your treatments at home, all spa product used in the treatments are available in our spa boutique. We also have our luxurioustreatment linens and spa robes available. Ourboutique is open to the public. Shop with us for the holidays and for your loved ones’ specialcelebrations.

What do I need to bring?We will provide you with a robe, sandals, and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. Please leave cell phones in locker on silent during your time with us.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any body part not being treated.

Should I alert someone if I have a medicalcondition, allergy or disability?Yes. Please inform us when you make yourreservation if you are pregnant, have allergies, or any other conditions we should be aware of.

Are discounts available?Each month we offer specials at a discounted price. We also have packages where we’ve combined popular treatments together at a discounted price. If you’re an Avoyelles Parish local or staying in the Paragon Casino Resort hotel please mention that when making reservations to see what discounts are available. Please note that hotel guest and local discounts cannot be combined with monthly specials or spa packages.

Are gift certificates available?Gift certificates may be purchased by the treatment or dollar amount for services or products.

What are the age requirements?The minimum age requirement for access to the spa facilities is 16. A parent liability waiver isrequired for anyone under the age of 18 years.
