The Estoril Wellness CentreRight next to Palácio Estoril Hotel Golf & Spa, the Estoril Wellness Centre represents a strong commitment to providing excellence in all services, by their equipment, methods and therapies, as well as their set goals - HEALTH on one hand and WELL BEING on the other in an exquisite and comfortable environment.

The Estoril Wellness Centre’s team is comprised of physiothe- rapists, masseurs, osteopaths, nutritionists, integrative/preventative medical practitioners etc, and offers advanced aesthetic and clinical treatments such as radiofrequency, anti-cellulite/slimming, and the outstanding Vichy shower massage, where you lie under high pressure jets and simultaneously a therapist will massage you with essential oils, and steam treatments such as Bertholaix, which targets water vapor to shoulders, hips and spine to soothe tension and aches.

Palácio Estoril additionally has the award-winning Banyan Tree Spa which features its luxurious signature treatments based on holistic Asian healing.

The Estoril Wellness Centre also works as a health club, including a gym, a warmed dynamic pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath. Located on the 2nd floor the 200m2 gym includes Technogym cardiovascular equipment and small functional work out devices. Within the gym there are also four studios with holistic and specific muscle mass (pilates, yoga, tae bo, zumba, dance, body toning...) modalities, with permanent monitoring from a dynamic, trained and specialized team.

Opened in 2010, the Estoril Wellness Centre more modern infrastructure allows all these treatments be performed in the best conditions.
