SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, JUBERT MARIO T. PASCUAL, JODIE P. MANARPAAC and OSCAR T. PASCUAL, all of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of Brgy. 19 Bagbag, Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and constitute our brother, JULIO PASCUAL, JR., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Juan, Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact to do and execute the following acts in our name on our behalf to wit:

1. To claim and receive the Burial Benefits of our late mother CARLOTA FRANCISCA TOMAS, from the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC);

2. To process and cause the transfer of INEC Account No.2212028003 from the name of our mother CARLOTA FRANCISCA TOMAS PASCUAL, who died on September 18, 2012, to the name of our brother, JULIO PASCUAL JR. and JUBERT MARIO T. PASCUAL;

3. To sign any document in our behalf, in connection hereto; and

4. To do all acts necessary to be done.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto our said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and authority to do all and every act, requisite or necessary to be done under the premises in order to carry into effect the foregoing authority and HEREBY CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING all and our said Attorney-in-Fact, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
