Economic sanctions to be placed, - On countries with a GDP over 10,000 International Dollars - Countries destabilizing international security - UNSC will analyze weather or not sanctions are necessary - Sanctions imposed on all but humanitarian commodities, such as medical supplies and food supplies 2. High tariffs to be imposed, - On countries with a GDP lower than 10,000 international dollars - UNSC will make the final decision on whether or not high tariffs are necessary - For a limited time only, after the deadline if country is still posing a threat sanctions will be imposed 3. Sanctions currently in place on countries with a GDP lower than 10,000 - Shall be analyzed on whether they should be continued - If deemed necessary should be replaced with high tariffs
