SPANISH OMELETTE

How to make it1. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry gently in the
pan until cooked.2. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Dice the potatoes
into small pieces or crush with a fork.3. In a measuring jug, beat the eggs with the dried
herbs and Worcestershire sauce. Add a small pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the tomato, potato and sweetcorn to the cooked bacon. Arrange evenly in the bottom of the pan.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients into the frying pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
6. Cook the omelette on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked.
