Why the Need?– Sparkling wine producers require a package to
deliver their better sparkling wine to discerning consumers and enable a second session from the same bottle.
– There is a sparkling wine closure available for such consumers, but it can be difficult to open and will leak when dented.
– High quality sparkling wines traditionally are dressed with a cork, muselet and hood, which is now quite expensive.
Reekap is the answer to all the issues
Reekap is a patented closure system using a standard 30x60 cap shell and standard BVS capper settings

The credentials Reekap has been extensive tested by the AWRI and has been
proven to: Have superior CO2 sealing performance to a crown seal. Have no negative flavour effects. Have lower Oxygen transmission rates to any other closure.
All these features and yet it is re-sealable.
Patents have been achieved in Australia Europe and even in China Patents are pending in USA.
To those who make it work The Capper requires no adjustment to spinning heads.
The industry available vision system can still be used for 100% non destructive inspection.
Effort required to remove caps is extremely low.
Dents will not affect the sealing.
The bottle available will run standard industry bottle guiding parts
