JOB DESCRIPTION of
BOARD COMMITTEE SPE UNPAD STUDENT CHAPTER 2 14
Study and Research ivision
Deputy of Training and Learning :
Having the highest responsibility of soft-skill development.
Establishing connections and links with Petroleum professionals and
practitioners to conduct each and every project.
Being the Project Leader and directly leading in each and every project.
Managing internal research for member and organization improvement.
Coordinating with Deputy of Human Resources, to manage internal
research and holding training and learning programs. Coordinating with Deputy of Events and Logistics to conduct programs.
Holding surveys and evaluations for every training and learning programs.
Assisting in the making of Study and Research Division's Monthly Report.
Deputy of Courses and Guest Lecture :
Having the highest responsibility of holding hard-skill development.
Establishing connections and links with Petroleum professionals and
practitioners to conduct each and every project.
Coordinating well with another organizations or student chapters to
conduct joint program.
Brainstorming to prepare themes for each and every project. Serving the members by means of personal approaches.
Creating the archive of entire course and guest lecture materials from
every speaker.
Coordinating with Deputy of Events and Logistics to conduct programs.
Holding surveys and evaluations for every training and learning programs.
Assisting in the making of Study and Research Division's Monthly Report.
Deputy of Competition :
Conducting and preparing Petroleum material for Members (especially
participants of competitions) in each and every project.
Making a selection procedure for competition delegation.
Creating the Ready-to-Sendteams for every competition.
Being a direct trainer, having the responsibility to make sure the
delegations are at their best Petroleum capability level.
Having the highest direct responsibility of all matters of competition,
including accomodation & travel informations and also rules of the
competition, etc.
Coordinating with Deputy of Training and Learning, to establish
connections and links with Petroleum professionals and practitioners to
conduct Paper & POD Training.
Assisting in the making of Study and Research Division's Monthly Report.

Professionalism ivision
Deputy of Human Resources : Having the Ultimate responsibility of quality of members.
Holding SPE-UNPAD SC 2014 new member open registration and
welcoming members event.
Controlling member registration and renew SPE UNPAD SCsdatabase.
Maintain and develop family atmosphere within the society.
Being the Project Leader of every internal bonding projects/events (such
as member gathering, etc.)
Updating members information in member database.
Tracking and evaluating members performance in every SPEsevents.
Coordinating with Deputy of Training and Learning, to manage internal
society research.
Coordinating with Deputy of Events and Logistics to conduct programs.
Being responsible with member rewards and appreciations.
Assisting in the making of Professionalism Division's Monthly Report.
Deputy of Events :
Having the Ultimate responsibility of the run of the event.
Coordinating with All Division and Deputy, to conceptualize every SPE
UNPAD SCs events.
Becoming the Project Leader for SPE UNPAD SCs Big Event. Serving the members by means of personal approaches.
Coordinating well with another organizations or student chapters to
conduct joint event.
Assisting in the making of Professionalism Division's Monthly Report.
Deputy of Logistics : Having the Tremendous responsibility of logistics of every programs,
activities, and events.
Coordinating with All Division and Deputy, to conduct every SPE
UNPAD SCs events.
Serving the members by means of personal approaches. Assisting in the making of Professionalism Division's Monthly Report.
