Section Annual Scientific Meeting 2007 with the RACP and IMSANZ online via the above link. On submission of

your registration an automatic summary will be sent and a tax invoice will be emailed to you within 7 days. You

will be able to access your details using a personalised access key. Amendments or updates can be made to

your registration until one month prior to conference.

Payment can be made online using Visa or MasterCard (please note this is a secure site) or you can request an

invoice and post a cheque along with your full name and contact details to the Conference Secretariat. If you

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify

the Conference Secretariat in writing.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administrative charge of NZ$100.00 will be

made providing notification is received by Monday 1 October. After this day, refunds will be at the discretion of

the Organising Committee.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees

will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
