o The Indonesia Pharmaceutical market is still potential enough considering the population number, GDP and drug consumption.

o Industry needs to invest in order to comply with cGMP regulation

o Minister of Health Decree No. 1010/Menkes/PER/XI/2008: Registration of imported drug shall be performed by domestic pharmaceutical industry with written authorization from foreign pharmaceutical industry. Technology transfer shall be done within 5 years the latest in order that the product be produced locally.
