* Concept Design: Conceptual Design for an entire District Energy System that will meet the defined client objectives and achieve energy efficiency targets. Detailed Design: EN³ can prepare or participate with others in the preparation of the Detailed Design documents for an entire District Energy System.

* Tender Documents: preparation of specifications and tender documents for owner purchased equipment and construction packages.

* Total System Optimization: Taking the right decisions in terms of tonnage, diversity, pumping and equipment selections is crucial for the success of any district energy scheme. Assisting the stakeholders of the project can make a substantial difference in the detailed design stage and during the operation of the plant. This will include preparation of plant control system sequences that will implement the optimization strategies.

* Project Feasibility Studies* Cost Estimation & Financial Modelling : a Business Financial Model with Implementation Plan can be tailor made for a variety of investment schemes that will analyze ROI based on a full range of varied cost inputs and life cycle analysis.* Due Diligence Audits : is a study that can be made over design documents or contractors progress on site. The Three Factors co. (en³) already designed more than 300,000 TR, more than 15 large scale district cooling plant with thermal storage tank , more than 5KM of piping Network including Energy transfer Stations (ETS).

The Three Factors co. (en³) continues to build on its strengths in providing turnkey as well as cost effective & efficient District Energy solutions to its clients with the added value of strong engineering expertise team building, regulatory and localized market knowledge, supply chain management with developed relationships with leading vendors, partnerships and strategic alliances with key stakeholders.
