TYPICAL RATIO

HYDRATE PLUS NF provides a tremendous advantage to the agricultural and farming industries. Applicators face certain problems such as beading, run-off and evaporation. All of these result in the chemical’s inability to effectively do its job. Many plants have waxy leaves, thus complicating the chemical’s ability to penetrate. HYDRATE PLUS NF solves these problems!

Many insecticides are contact killers with little or no residual, so direct exposure is a must. HYDRATE PLUS NF will break the bead of tension enabling uniform application and quick penetration. It can infiltrate the surface of even the waxiest of leaves. Most pesticides are water resistant. HYDRATE PLUS NF allows pesticides and water to mix thoroughly while suspending the chemical in water. No separation means a good mix is being applied.

HYDRATE PLUS NF has a pH level of 9 - 11.5. Any application safe for the use of water is safe for HYDRATE PLUS NF. Another benefit is the safety of the applicator. No special safety equipment is required, but safety measures should be taken when mixing chemicals.

With HYDRATE PLUS NF there is no need to add AMS with soft water, de-foamer, drift control agents, or crop oil!

“The product making the largest impact on how we operate is the HYDRATE PLUS NF surfactant. To date, we

have used this product to spray with our herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides on soybeans and corn. We had tried

other surfactants in the past without any noticeable results. After using the HYDRATE PLUS NF we will never spray

without it again.

We used Round-up and Select (Tapout) eight weeks ago at a 10 gallon per acre ratio on all our crops. Then, we

added HYDRATE PLUS NF at a 1:800 ratio in our sprayers, and in only 4 days we started to see the kill occurring.

Prior to HYDRATE PLUS NF it would take 6-8 days to have visible evidence of a kill with our herbicides. Now, with

our herbicide and HYDRATE PLUS NF there is no visible evidence of life with herbicide resistant Johnson Grass, Pig

Weed, and Dallis Grass after just 4-8 days after application.

Last year the Johnson grass never actually died, instead it wilted and looked sick. This year the only difference is

the addition of HYDRATE PLUS NF. It has been 8 weeks and no growth is evident from the original stalks which are

completely dead. By this time last year, we had already sprayed twice and were getting ready to spray a third time. This

year, a better job was accomplished in just one application!

We also spray Quadris (a fungicide). We combine this with our application of Acephate and Sniper (pesticides)

for our Red Shoulder Stink Bug and Army Worms respectively. These chemicals are sprayed at a rate of 15 gallons per

acre. HYDRATE PLUS NF was mixed with these chemicals at a 1:800 ratio. We noticed the day after the application

the soybeans were a darker, more vibrant green and were clearly healthier.

With the two pesticides, we have not had to reapply. In the past we would have reapplied in two or three

weeks. The plants soaked up more of the chemical than in the past. In fact, last year you could see where the

chemical ran off the plants and onto the ground. This year there were not any runoff marks.

Here’s an interesting side note concerning Acephate, which is a powder. When spraying, several things

could occur to prevent the applicator from finishing what is in the tank at the end of the day. Every year

previous when the Acephate would sit in the tank overnight, it would separate out and clog a screen in the

bottom of the spray rig. This year we did not have this problem. The Acephate stayed in suspension. Thus, the

only thing we changed was adding the HYDRATE PLUS NF!

To add to the success we’ve seen with HYDRATE PLUS NF, in my 31 years of farming this is the first time

I have not had to stop the sprayer and replace a clogged nozzle! We’ve also seen more rain this year, which

usually means spraying more often, even as often as every two weeks with some chemicals. Not this year. With

the HYDRATE PLUS NF, we have not had to re-spray in 8 weeks with any chemical. Plus, last year our spray

rigs were having a hard time maintaining pressure. This year the pressure stays at 40 p.s.i. nonstop, and the

only difference is HYDRATE PLUS NF!

140 MOLYGUARD CHAIN AND CABLE LUBRICANT is formulated from the highest quality paraffinic base oils, with the addition of molybdenum disulfide, to provide the utmost protection for chain driven machinery. The use of the high quality base oils and the molybdenum disulfide will reduce wear of pins, bushings and link plates of chains, even if the oil should sling off. BIG RED® contains no petroleum solvents or harsh alkalies or acids. It is virtually odorless and free of noxious or toxic fumes. BIG RED® is safe on surfaces not harmed by water because it has no abrasives to dull or scratch the surfaces. For heavy cleaning, such as degreasing farm equipment, use BIG RED® mixed with a solvent such as kerosene. BIG RED® blends together with solvents to form a mutual system that gets rid of the dirtiest grime.

WED-129 is chiefly characterized by its water soluble solvent, which is exceptional at removing all types of oil and/or petroleum based soils. Texas Refinery Corp’s SEAL SAVER PLUS can be used in a variety of applications, such as with gear oils, engines and in hydraulic systems. TRC’s SEAL SAVER PLUS was designed to reduce or stop leaks caused by damaged seals. When equipment loses its ability to function properly due to older or damaged seals, the results can be costly. For preventative maintenance or equipment experiencing minor leaks, replace 5% of your lubricants with SEAL SAVER PLUS. showing little or no wear to the pinion and ring gear. Other tractor hydraulics fluids do not have the loading carrying, anti-wear and extreme pressure characteristics needed, and as a result, severe ridging, visible wear and scoring may occur on gear parts.

UTF RED and UNIVERSAL TORQUE FLUID are superior lubricants

UTF RED and UNIVERSAL TORQUE FLUID have a high water tolerance and therefore can resist corrosion and erosion. With lower quality tractor hydraulics fluids, moisture creates a corrosive mixture that erodes the yellow metal on hydraulic pumps, and causes scratches on the pump’s brass piston shoes. This in turn, shortens the fluid’s life as the acid number of the fluid climbs quickly

This particular application is an aluminum Plate Stretching Machine with an estimated cost of $42 million dollars. PARAGON 3000 offers protection in extreme temperatures. Most greases have a dropping point between 290 to 390 degrees F. PARAGON 3000 has a dropping point of 630 degrees F.

PARAGON 3000 provides high-impact and extreme pressure protection. It contains specially developed, high-impact resistant additives. These additives allow PARAGON 3000 to resist severe and continuous impact. This characteristic allows PARAGON 3000 to prevent wear, insure longer service life and increase downtime protection.

PARAGON 3000 resists squeezing out and thinning under heavy loads, preventing metal to metal contact.
