Ironmongery, accessories and fixing screws should be stainless steel, cadmium plated steel, or other corrosion resistant materials as supplied by Wicona.

Materials can be polyester powder coated to BS6496 available in a large range of colours or anodised in accordance with BS EN 12373 - 1 or BS3987 in natural silver, bronze Anolok or in a

variety of colours.

The Technical Department within Wicona is able to provide specialist advice and technical information on the whole range of Wicona products and is fully equipped with up to date CAD Facilities. The team of Architectural Specification Managers is able to visit Architects & Specifiers to assist with development of designs and details regarding the glazed areas of buildings.

Fabrication and installation of all Wicona products should be performed by a suitable Wicona fabricator/installer in accordance Wicona fabrication and installation manuals and must also be to recognised trade standards using approved design drawings.

Double glazed sealed units glazed in accordance with BS6262 and Building Regulations. Single glazing can only be used where Building Regulations allow.
