Objectives

• To facilitate the spectrum regulatory of TV white space devices in the Television digitalization stage and after digitalization within ASEAN area.

• To promote the harmonisation of spectrum and emission parameters for TV white space devices.

• To facilitate maximum efficiency of economic and social in using TV white space devices within ASEAN members states.

• To promote broadband connectivity within the region.

Survey on regulatory arrangements, the relevant technical specifications/standards as well as the availability of TVWS devices

Conduct a workshop: Evaluation of difficulties and challenges in regulatory of spectrum for TVWS devices, including spectrum allocation, technical and operational requirements, licensing regime, interference issues
