SIR OBJECTIVESStudents will be able to practice interviewing
skills with assistance from local employers and ISU Career Center staff
Students will be able to interact and learn from their peers in a group interviewing setting
Students will experience a variety of different interviewing styles through employer group rotation
Students will have the opportunity to enhance networking skills through interactions with employers
SIR AGENDAThree times a semester; Two hour program
Welcome, Purpose of SIR, & Introduction of Volunteers (5min)
Three, 30 minute interviews
Two, 10 minute breaks
