Professional Summary

I have worked for the U.S. Government as a Network

Special ist for f ive years. During that t ime, my training with the

government included Share Point and courses to learn WAN

Support. I also worked in an administrative position overseeing the

training of other government officials, including overseeing Share

Point server of 5 th Marines for Multinational Forces West. In

addition, for a 3-year period, I was responsible for managing records

to track hundreds of pieces of gear dispersed throughout a one-

thousand mile radius.

After honorably discharged from mili tary I moved to Tulsa and

began working for Micahtek software design. I am an agent fulf i l l ing

orders for multiple cl ients of the company in a professional

atmosphere.

Once outgrown the local business I was given an opportunity

to work as technical support for HP services to Pfizer

pharmaceuticals. There I provided support for all network systems

and vpn connections for non-local and local users. Supported

system used for mobile devices for both android and apple products.

After 3 months I worked on the developing chatroom support team.

We developed strategies on how to handle workflow and technical

aspects.
