Located in Vance County, this 155-acre camp sits on picturesque Kerr Lake. What makes Camp Graham unique is its incredible semi-private cove, making it ideal for a variety of water sports including canoeing, swimming, and sailing.
Located in Beaufort County, this 95-acre camp is located on the shores of the beautiful Pamlico River. The smaller and more intimate of our properties, Camp Hardee offers modern comforts while providing a genuine camp experience.
Located in Johnston County, our flagship camp consists of 278 wooded acres of land connected to a working mill. The property offers the traditional camp experience with high adventure elements.

Starting salary range: $230-$270 per week, based on position and experience.
Assistant Camp Director Supervise staff and daily operations. Minimum Age 21
Operations Manager Communications, customer service, trading post, financial records, purchasing.Minimum age 21
Adventure Trip Director Management, planning, and physical operation of off-site trips. Minimum age 21
ProgramProvide programming for girls throughout each day, both in general and specialty camp activities.
