SPLIT NIGHT SKY
WE HAD A VISION
• We wanted to produce the original souvenir
• Which would have a functional - usable value and therefore
• Which wouldn't end up on a shelf and soon fallen into oblivion,
• That would be produced in Croatia,
• Which would be unique and would have theability to adapt and evolve.
THAT HAD TO BE ESTABLISHED
• We started exploring the city...
• Touched it...
• Listened to its breathing...
• Pointed out the places that made the city a BRAND
• Listened to the advice of the older and wiser
CONDUCTED A MARKET RESEARCH
STARTED A SERIOUS MISSION
• We have included a partner -School of Fine Arts Split who designed our logo, designed and printed propaganda materials and T-shirts
• We envolved associates from the industry: Smart print d.o.o. -Split for printing the cases, and Sito tisak i dizajn Cvirn - Zagreb for fluo color printing
• Included the local tourist board – The Tourist Board of Split
ON THE WAY FROM BOTTOM TO TOP
• Printed test samples of the cases
• Had a meet up with theteam from the School of Fine Arts Split
• Went to Zagreb for the fluorescent overprint
• Attended the making of the prototype
• Made posters and t-shirts

• Every path to a goal is sprinkled with thorns and roses...
• Unpredictable problems in the last moment...
• Ultra festival changes thelocation from Poljud...
• We won’t give up...
• Change of market audience
• The story has to be changed...
ENCOUNTERED FIRST PROBLEMS
PLACED THE PRODUCT ON THE MARKET
• The phone cases were exhibited at the Tourist Information Center of the Tourist Board of Split
• We did our regular summer internship there
• We also developedmodern methods of selling through social media

• We tried a slightly different market
• We switched to a whole new target group
• We offered different companies the possibility of unique publicity
RAISED THE GOAL BAR
• Phone cases instead of accreditation cards for 650 congress participants atthe AEHT International Competition, which we host in November this year.
• We offer a unique promotion of Split, Split-Dalmatia County and Croatia, which will continue after the event
FILLED IN THE MISSING PUZZLE
• „In small things rests all human greatness”
• Have we understood what old Bishop Grgur was trying to say?
• Have we really achieved all our goals?
• Did we succeed in sharing joy to those who needed it the most?

• We decided to donate the income from the sale of
the phone cases to the Pediatric Oncology
department of the Clinical Hospital Center Split…
