The Founders of Women’s Leadership LIVE; Linda McMahon, Debbie Saviano and Stacey Schieffelin, represent business success at the multi-million and billion dollar levels in the product, service, entertainment and media industries. Their businesses have adapted to new technologies and are international in scope with hundreds of employees and millions of customers, clients and business to business partners. Their lives demonstrate an understanding of work/life balance that includes family, community service, self-improvement and self-care that is of paramount importance for women.

linDa MCMahonLinda McMahon is the CEO of Women’s Leadership LIVE and former CEO of WWE. She and her husband, Vince McMahon, grew their company from a modest, 13-person operation to a publicly traded global enterprise with more than 800 employees in offices worldwide. WWE has fans in more than 180 countries and is a social media powerhouse with more than 33 million followers on Facebook. While at WWE, Linda spearheaded a wide variety of community and charitable programs, including the company’s educational and literacy programs. Linda is an advocate for small businesses and continues to promote entrepreneurship, particularly among women. She was twice nominated to represent the people of Connecticut in the U.S. Senate. She co-founded Women’s Leadership LIVE in 2016 with her two friends and now business partners, with a goal of promoting leadership opportunities for women. “As a CEO, I want to show women that there are no limits to what they can achieve, whether through entrepreneurship, government, science or any path they choose, and that there is plenty of room for women at the top.”

Debbie SaVianoDebbie Saviano is a Social Media Design Strategist and expert in online influence. She began her career driving a yellow school bus and retired from education after serving as principal of five campuses, pre-K to high school. Debbie continues to help individuals with personal development in their physical and virtual space through her “Building Relationships” program. Debbie is a popular public speaker and offers numerous online training programs. She enjoys helping others develop and maintain relationships through the power of contemporary ROI – Return on Influence via Social Media. Debbie and her two partners were friends first before co-founding Women’s Leadership LIVE in 2016. “WLL seeks to elevate and uplift women, encouraging them to pursue their own dreams and passions.”

StaCey SChieffelinStacey Schieffelin, Founder and President of ybf (your best friend), Stacey built the #1 global color cosmetic line in direct sales on HSN (US), QVC (UK), TSC (Canada), TVSN (Australia, New Zealand), HSE24 (Italy), and Citruss TV (Dubai) with over $225 million in cosmetic and apparel sales. With FORD Models for 20 years, today Stacey is an award-winning business creator, contributing author, highly sought-after spokesperson, motivational keynote speaker, coach, trainer and girlfriend to millions of viewers and customers through her beauty brand. Stacey, a TEDx speaker, was named one of “America’s Power Women” by Ladies’ Home Journal and she rang the New York Stock Exchange’s opening bell on behalf of the non-profit Count Me In to celebrate the power of women-owned businesses. Stacey is the proud recipient of Connecticut’s Woman in Leadership Award. She along with her two other co-founders believes Women’s Leadership LIVE driving principle is to build a world where women obtaining and exercising power is both expected and commonplace. IN

gina MonibiGina is the Creator and Formulator of Raziehs and OHHGANICS Skin Care and Cosmetics. Raziehs is a revolutionary skin care and cosmetics line that uses only pure organic products with no fillers, chemicals, or watered-down formulas. Gina has served on many boards including American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and the Anorexia and Bulimia Foundation and currenty serves on the board of Sheroes United.

paM owenS Pam Owens, President of Edge of Your Seat Consulting, Inc., is THE DIffErEnt CONFERENCE’S© distinguished emcee. Her emphasis is helping business women learn how to lead so others will follow and to create teachable moments for women leaders to grow personally and professionally. She creates an anchor in THE DIffErEnt CONFERENCE© series as we continue to grow the Women’s Leadership LIVE brand.

ManDy agUirre Mandy is the Chief Operations Officer at Raziehs and OHHGANICS Skin Care and Cosmetics. She joined her mother, Gina Monibi, CEO, Formulator and Founder of Raziehs in February of 2013 to grow, build, and nurture an amazing 3 generational business. She has served in varying leadership capacities on numerous business and philanthropic boards.

Joel MCkay SMith Joel is an active entrepreneur who has a history of successfully launching and managing multiple products and businesses in the broadcasting, hospitality and tech verticals. He is president of SLCircle, a large professional networking organization with deep Utah roots and national and international reach. Professionally, Joel is engaged in the creation, management and implementation of a variety of dynamic products, companies, projects, opportunities and relationships at Accelerant, which he co-founded.

paM gooDwin Pam’s interest in entrepreneurship started when she was four years old. Her first venture was a lemonade stand. She then worked in the family’s poultry business as well as in tenant coordination/project management with several large shopping center owners, to develop more than 50 pad sites for Brinker International (Chili’s). Tired of making other people money, Pam decided to start her own company, Goodwin Commercial in 2006. She has written and published two books and is active in several industry organizations.
