We are pleased to offer sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for the 2019 Northwest Staff Physician Recruiters (NWSPR) Educational Conference to be held on October 10-11, 2019 at the The Westin Seattle Hotel.

NWSPR is an official chapter of ASPR with over 130 members in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. The 2019 NWSPR Educational Conference pro-vides the single most targeted opportunity to reach in-house physician recruiters and recruit-ment managers in the greater Pacific Northwest with your organization’s message, products, and services offerings. We expect a regional audience of physician recruiters and recruitment managers who handle recruitment, credentialing, travel coordination, onboarding, and relo-cation. We anticipate this years’ conference will attract over 75 attendees from 40 different hospitals and health systems for our second annual educational conference.
We are excited to be able to offer a menu of sponsorship and evening reception packages for this years’ conference. We encourage you to review the packages outlined and select a spon-sorship level that matches your company’s goals. Sponsorship packages and table spaces are limited and available as a first come basis. Sponsorship packages sold-out last year in 2 weeks.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at The Westin
Seattle Hotel at a special discounted room rate of $239 plus
tax. The reservation cutoff date is September 16, 2019 or
until the room block is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Reservations received after the cutoff date will be accepted

Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall will be located in close proximity to the general session and breakout rooms for plenary presen-
tations (diagram on next page). Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit hall offering
more face-to-face time with conference attendees. Exhibiting space is limited, so please register soon to secure
participation for your organization!

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation notice must be received via fax, mail, or email by August 31, 2019, to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. NWSPR is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants/exhibitors in connection with the conference.
Additional Information:
All exhibitors are required to bring a prize for the Bingo Card Drawing that will take place
at the conclusion of the Conference on Friday , October 11th.
Payment must be received to complete registration.
Exhibitors and Sponsorship packages will be registered in the order received. Only 21
tables available.
