Eligibility, agreement and paymentSponsorship eligibility HPE Discover 2017 sponsorship eligibility, including exhibition, is reserved for companies with a Hewlett Packard Enterprise partner/alliance agreement in good standing with no outstanding balances or legal issue(s). Hewlett Packard Enterprise reserves the right to decline, cancel or revoke a sponsorship application or agreement at any time for any reason.

Contract agreementOnce an application is submitted, the submission contact will receive an electronic acknowledgement. If the application is approved and accepted, the sponsor contact will receive a sponsorship confirmation and invoice via email.

Sponsorship inclusionsAll sponsorship inclusions are subject to change based on final event development. Changes to sponsorship components will be communicated in writing with a suitable substitution made. In cases where Sponsor chooses not to execute package components, confirmation will be made in writing and no package fee adjustment will be made.

All sponsorship components and submissions are subject to HPE review and approval prior to execution, please reference the Rules and Regulations for additional details. All submissions are subject to the provided timelines. Late submissions of components may not be accepted and will not warrant a reduction of sponsorship rate or refund.

Any additional orders or requests over and above sponsorship inclusions will be the responsibility of the Sponsor and payments made direct to appropriate vendor.

Payment TermsIn order to receive the Alumni rate, sponsor must have been a prior Discover sponsor and the sponsorship agreement must be submitted no later than March 10, 2017.

All sponsorship payments are due no later than May 5, 2017All invoices related to the Event should be made payable in the U.S. Dollar (currency).

Cancellation or Reduction of SponsorshipPlease reference the Sponsorship Rules and Regulations for complete details regarding cancellation or reduction of sponsorship. Following is a brief timeline for reference.

HPE teams host special events, SIA (Special Interest Activity) events, offering you an opportunity to reach a specific customer and/or partner attendee group. For example, choose to sponsor the Americas dinner or the IoT Reception. SIA event sponsorship may include branding, speaking and/or promotional opportunities.

This printed guide will be distributed to attendees as part of onsite registration check in and contains the event schedule, venue map, sponsor listings and more.

Theater session (30-minute)Up to four available at $15,000 each(not available to Kiosk or Community sponsors)Present right in the Transformation Zone and then easily direct attendees to your exhibit for 1:1 discussions. Hospitality suiteUp to four available at $20,000 eachHost meetings or small private events (less than 50 attendees) in a dedicated hospitality suite for all four days of the event. The furnished hotel suite offers the unique opportunity to host your guests for private meetings and networking. Room includes lounge furnishing, patio, television, audio connection, water closet.

Hotel room dropUp to five available at $5,000 each for opportunityDirectly reach opt-in attendees staying at the Venetian or Palazzo as they settle in for their Discover attendance.
