SPONSORSHIPOPPORTUNITIES
Why Sponsor the Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club? You will benefit from key exposure at a historic, member-owned club which has served the community since 1963. You can help this historic club continue serving the community for generations to come. For nearly fifty years, the Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club has been providing a safe, value-rich facility for Salt Lake City at an affordable cost. Generations of families have grown up here, learning how to swim, play tennis and compete on every level. Life-long friends meet every week to play friendly tennis matches, while others test their skill against the very best players. All do so with sportsmanship and grace at a place they cherish.
David L. Freed had a vision fifty years ago, to bring a high level of tennis to Salt Lake City. His dream became reality in the Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club. Our swimming and tennis programs are unmatched in Utah. You can help continue that vision into the future with your corporate sponsorship.

Prime Exposure to an Exclusive Audience In today’s marketing world, companies are promoted by word of mouth. The primary goal of any branding campaign is to be noticed by the right audience—an audience which can appreciate, use and promote your products or services to friends, family and colleagues is the most valuable. Members of the Salt Lake Swimming and Tennis Club are that audience.
The Salt Lake Swimming and Tennis Club is offering you the opportunity to have a brand presence at a club whose members and visitors are the consumer demographic you most want to reach. There are a limited amount of corporate and individual sponsorships available in key locations with maximum exposure.

Our MissionThe Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club provides members, their families and friends, and all who come to play, with a safe environment for improving the quality of their lives through lifelong fitness, recreation, instruction, fun, and competition. The Club serves a vital role in the Salt Lake Valley for its inclusive and enduring community partnerships, innovative programming, dedicated professional staff, and lifelong activities. Unique among other local fitness facilities, the Club is a 501(c)7 nonprofit organization.
Why We’re Unique | The Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club’s philosophy reflects an all-encompassing approach to teaching lifelong sports and life skills instead of simply offering lessons and activities. Mentoring and teaching are paramount.
Our History | A rich tradition of service to the sport of tennis and to the tennis community began with David L. Freed. Mr. Freed founded the Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club in 1963 with the idea of being able to “play tennis twelve months a year,” making the Club the first indoor tennis facility west of the Mississippi River.
In 2011, the Intermountain Section of the USTA (United States Tennis Association) recognized the Salt Lake Swimming & Tennis Club as its 2010 Organization of the Year, recognizing significant contributions to the tennis community in promoting and developing the sport of tennis at all levels.
