Claims Conference:

Enjoying years of success, the Claims Conference is an annual event that offers claims leaders and vendors the chance to connect and learn during this informative and interactive conference. Sponsors receive valuable benefits which include steep discounts off of the vendor registration rate and inclusion in the upscale Thursday breakfast which offers the "sponsor swag buffet,” which is a unique way to get your swag into the hands of the attendees and exclusive access to the attendees as the vast majority of exhibitors depart after the exhibits close on the day prior. As you plan your sponsorship, please be aware:

Once you tell us to move forward with your sponsorship, the items included in the sponsorship are considered sold to your company and an agreement exists between NAMIC and your company. The items within the agreement are removed from sale and NAMIC is working toward fulfilling the agreement. Sponsorship packages are not subject to cancelation. Your sponsorship agreement will require a signature before benefits are provided.

The invoice generated from sponsorship agreement is due upon receipt. NAMIC reserves the right to delay fulfilling the promises within the sponsorship agreement, which includes access to attendee lists, until full payment is received. Partial payment of a sponsorship invoice may affect access to benefits. Please pay using a credit card or ACH for quicker turnaround of benefits. Please note that sponsorships purchased within 30 days of an event will require payment within three business days.

If your sponsorship includes printing your logo, we do our best to adhere to brand standards. When printing color logos, your company logo may appear slightly darker or lighter than the original file. Please note that NAMIC will confirm logo files with the sponsorship contact and reserves the right to use your logo without approval on all printed signage/items.

Sponsorships do not include registration to the sponsored event. You are encouraged to attend as a sponsor and must register in advance of the event. As a sponsor, you are eligible to register for the sponsored events at the sponsor rate.

The details of your sponsorship will be provided within a sponsorship fulfillment email sent to your sponsorship contact. Sponsoring companies are not able to direct the details of the sponsorship, such as the signage, the agenda, or other aspects associated with the sponsored item.

Outdoor Oasis Sponsor | $5,000 The Omni Amelia Island is a beautiful resort property, and the perfect lawn space exists directly outside of the meeting space for attendees to gather in the Florida weather, but the perfect sponsor is needed to complete the space.

Attendee Survey Sponsorship | $2,000Reach the conference attendees and gather essential customer research all at the same time. With typical response rate of more than 35 percent, sponsoring this survey package is the perfect opportunity.

• Sponsorship of the two surveys sent to all registered attendees to gather the essential details needed to planconference activities and evaluate the conference

• Anticipated launch date of first survey is early January and anticipated launch date of the second survey is mid-February

• Custom section added to each survey with up to four questions to be written by the sponsor (NAMIC maintains finalapproval of questions). These are prefect to gather market research and to inquire about the purchasing plans of theattendees to help develop your marketing plans*
