The ILPA is the global, member-driven organization dedicated to advancing

the interests of private equity Limited Partners through industry-leading

education programs, independent research, best practices, networking

opportunities and global collaborations.

With over 300 member organizations from 32 countries representing

approximately 2500 private equity professionals, the ILPA is the voice for

small and large institutions globally, including: Public Pensions, Corporate

Pensions, Endowments, Foundations, Family Offices, Insurance Companies

and Sovereign Wealth Funds. The organization continues to expand and

evolve each year, building its global presence, and advocating on behalf

of its members, with the goal of strengthening the asset class over the

long term.

WHO IS THE ILPA?


The ILPA GP Summit is the world-class event that brings together

General Partners and Limited Partners from around the globe for a

series of one-on-one meetings and networking events. In its 11th year,

the ILPA GP Summit continues to excel at providing General Partners

with a unique opportunity to develop and deepen relationships with the

Limited Partner community and the ILPA. In 2015, 300 General Partners

and 200 Limited Partners will attend the event.

Luncheon and Keynote Speaker

As the exclusive sponsor of the two luncheon functions, your organization will be featured prominently as the 500 attendees gather together each afternoon for lunch. Your organization’s logo will be featured on signage, will be shown on all LCD screens featuring a marketing loop, and your marketing materials will be circulated to all attendees. As part of this package, your organization will host and introduce the Keynote Speaker, and have the opportunity to address the audience. Your two head tables can be reserved for “invitation only” ILPA members. You will receive six employee passes (4 + 2 alternates) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

LP-Only Dinner

As the exclusive sponsors of the LP-Only Dinner, your organization will be featured prominently as over 120 LPs gather for cocktails, networking and dinner prior to the Summit. As part of this package, you will have the opportunity to address the audience during dinner, and will have exclusive invitations to this networking event. Your organizations logo will be featured exclusively on all dinner signage, and included during the Summit on all signage, a marketing loop on the LCD screen, and your marketing materials may be circulated to all attendees. You will receive eight employee passes to attend the LP-Only Dinner, and four employee passes to attend all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Breakfast Sponsorship

As the exclusive sponsor of the two breakfast functions, your organization will be featured prominently as the 500 attendees gather together each morning for breakfast. Your organization’s logo will be featured on signage, will be shown on a LCD screen featuring a marketing loop, and your marketing materials may be circulated to all attendees. As part of this package, you will receive four employee passes (3 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

As the exclusive sponsor of the meeting and networking breaks on the 10th floor, you will have access to a hospitality suite where you can invite attendees for a demonstration of your services. You will also have the opportunity to implement a number of elements to maximize corporate exposure during the breaks including signage and circulation of your corporate materials. The one-on-one meetings between the GPs and the LPs take place on the 10th floor over the course of the two-day event. There are three networking hubs on the 10th floor, and nine networking transitions. As part of this package, you will receive four employee passes (3 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of the Onsite Mobile Application

The mobile application is an onsite event website accessible from any internet-enabled device (no download required). This page will remain available for one year post event. As the exclusive sponsor of the event website, your logo and corporate information will be prominently featured each time an attendee signs in*. Your organization will also be featured as the exclusive sponsor of the 10th and 18th floor complimentary wireless for all attendees. Your logo will be displayed on the instructions for how to access the complimentary wireless and signage will be displayed on the 10th and 18th floors. The 10th floor is where the one-on-one meetings between the GPs and the LPs will be held, and the 18th floor is where the general sessions will take place. As part of this package, you will receive four employee passes (3 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

*This is the primarily means by which the ILPA shares information with all attendees. In 2014 there was a 95% usage rate of the onsite application.


Exclusive Sponsor of LP Gifts

As the exclusive sponsor of each LP gift, your logo will be prominently featured on each gift as well as on the welcome note attached to each gift. The ILPA will work closely with you to determine a gift that will effectively maximize your brand exposure. As part of this package, you will receive three employee passes (2 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of GP Gifts

As the exclusive sponsor of each GP gift, your logo will be prominently featured on each gift as well as on the welcome note attached to each gift. The ILPA will work closely with you to determine a gift that will effectively maximize your brand exposure. As part of this package, you will receive three employee passes (2 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of Private Suite Keys

As the exclusive sponsor of the Waldorf=Astoria suite keys, your colour logo and corporate information will be featured on each key double-sided. Keys are used by LP and GP at-tendees staying at the hotel, as well as for all GP meeting suites on the 10th floor. As part of this package, you will receive three employee passes (2 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of Name Badge Lanyards

Worn for the entire duration of the event by every GP Summit participant (LPs, GPs, and Sponsors: approximately 500 attendees), the name badge lanyards provide a continued opportunity for your organization’s name to be in the forefront at all times during the event. It is mandatory that the name badges with your organization’s logo on them are worn throughout the Summit in order to gain access to networking functions. As part of this package, you will receive three employee passes (2 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of iPad/Tablet Rentals

As the exclusive sponsor of iPad and Tablet rentals, your logo and corporate information will be featured on the rental information for these items. Attendees will rent iPads and Tablets in order to access the onsite mobile app available to all attendees. As part of this package, you will receive three employee passes (2 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.


Exclusive Sponsor of Private Suite Newspapers

As the exclusive sponsor of the private suite newspapers, your logo will be featured on each newspaper and they will be distributed to each LP and GP attendee suite, each 10th floor meeting suite and displayed at registration / hospitality desks. The newspapers will be delivered on November 4 and 5 and you can select the newspaper of your choice. As part of this package, you will receive two employee passes (1 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.

Exclusive Sponsor of a Mobile Charging Station

As the exclusive sponsor of the mobile charging station, your logo will be displayed on the signage placed next to each station. Mobile charging stations will be available to attendees throughout the 10th and 18th floors. As part of this package, you will receive two employee passes (1 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events. OPTION to increase to gold level for professional charging kiosks.

Exclusive Sponsor of the 10th Floor Shredding Bins

As the exclusive sponsor of the 10th floor document shredding bins, your logo will be displayed on each bin. Document shredding bins (a preferred feature for GPs) will be available to attendees throughout the 10th floor. As part of this package, you will receive two employee passes (1 + 1 alternate) to all of the GP Summit networking events.
