THE EVENTWHO SUPPORTS

CIMI?

The COFECI / CRECI System, formed by the Federal Council of Realtors, -

COFECI and 25 Regional Councils of Realtors are responsible for the

Realtors regulation and work supervision in Brazil. There are more than

260,000 professionals and 36,000 real estate agencies registered in the

country.

The COFECI / CRECI System in celebration of its fifty years included CIMI

on its official program, promoting in all of its 2012 celebratory events and

activities CIMI as the main event of the anniversary.

In addition to this support, the COECI system has signed international

agreements with organizations around the globe as NAR (National

Association of Realtors), CIMLOP (Confederation of Construction and Real

Estate of Portuguese speaking countries), CIME (Confederation of Real

Estate MERCOSUL), APEMIP (Association of Professionals and Mediation

Real Estate Companies of Portugal), Lisbon Real Estate Expo, Angola Real

Estate Expo, AMPI (Association of Mexican Real Estate Professionals),

Ampi (Association of Real Estate Professionals of Angola), ICREA

(International Consortium of Real Estate Association, Agenzia del Demanio

– Italy.

The year of 2012 is special for the COFECI, since the Council proudly

celebrates its Fiftieth Anniversary. In addition to the support for CIMI, the

COFECI / CRECI system will also promote the Fourth Edition of ENBRACI

– The Brazilian Meeting of Realtors in which in 2010 and 2011 captured

more than 1,300 participants.

The COFECI / CRECI SystemInternational RealEstate Congress

The CIMI is the first International Congress of the Real Estate Market in Brazil.

A major global event intended to generate real estate business,

aiming at the promotion of the country’s international market.

In view of the large volume of national and international investments that have

propelled the Brazilian real estate sector, the exchange of information, as well

as how to elucidate operational, legal, fiscal doubts among other topics, is

one of the goals of the CIMI, which intends to eliminate these doubts and

provide the participants with meetings for relationship and professional

business rounds leading to global business.

With the proposal to promote lectures, debates and seminars as well as an

exhibition space, the CIMI will have several auditoriums to promote topics

relevant to the real estate market, such as consortia, financing, capture of

resources, investment funds, administration, law and legislation, subdivision

and planned communities, sustainability, meetings of realtors.

Exclusive forums for women and young professionals active in this market

will be part of a huge selection of activities targeted for each area of interest

within the theme: The Real Estate Market.

The CIMI will be held in Brasília – DF, Brazil’s capital from August 27 – 30,

2012, at the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center.

The event will also be available in a virtual convention center with exhibition

stands, live feed of lectures and discussion panels.

The Setor Imobiliário magazine is a publication of the Setor Publishing, focused in Brazil’s Real Estate sector, featuring articles with themes from different areas of interest to the professionals in this market.

There are 200,000 copies bi-weekly, distributed to realtors, real estate developers, builders, banks, investors, organizations, institutions and authorities.

The magazine will feature in all issues ads and articles prmoting CIMI and its supporters.

At the opening of CIMI, the Best Real Estate company to work for will be award will be presented with the assistance of the joint venture of Setor Publishing company of IBDES with Véli Human Resources.

In August there will be an extra special issue featuring the awards and the winners.In the September, a special issue will feature a full report of the CIMI, adding more value to brand exposure to all supporters and sponsors of the event.

The Social Media of the Real Estate market. It is the market’s social network with more than 90,000 real estate listings and over 20,000 members.

Redimob has received several awards in recognition of its importance and technology, including the support of advertisers, contributors, columnists and many national and international supporters.

The brand is strong and grows increasingly in the global market since it supports several actions in the Real Estate sector and promotes several events including the CIMI.

One of the events is the Global Realtor, a series of lectures around the country, target to promote the globalization of real estate agents so that they can understand how to gain more with the international market.

The round of events of the Global Realtor objective is not only to promote professional growth, but also to create a stronger connection between markets, national and international, to strengthen relationships and to encourage debates of themes related to the real estate sector.

The Brazilian Confederation of Convention & Visitors Bureaus consists of 108 Convention & Visitors Bureaus in Brazil in the major cities in Brazil. The greatest GNP of tourism of the country will be represented by this confederation.

Besides of Brazil’s growth in the Real Estate market due to the increase in tourism related to the great scheduled international sporting events, 2014 World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics, these tourism entities are important vectors of opportunities and development.

Therefore, the Brazilian Confederation of Convention & Visitors Bureaus supports CIMI and they will hold meetings and workshops focused of the impact of sporting events on the Real Estate market before, during and after these events.

There will be a meeting of the officials of the host cities of the 2014 World Cup and of the Rio de Janeiro state, where the Olympics will be held in 2016. Panels, lectures and debates focused on the demands and needs of the Real Estate market and how to fulfill and meet all the scheduled deadlines.Identify the investment opportunities available and how to be a part of them.
