Premier and Platinum sponsorships guarantee a presentation delivered by your company as one of our scheduled sessions within the conference agenda. Topics are encouraged to be relevant to industry and technology titles to attract attendees, however companies may structure the session in any format and with whatever content they choose.

Call for Presentations – outside the sponsorship packages, you are welcome to submit through the conference formal “Call For Presentations” process. Typically, open from November through end of January, these presentations are reviewed and selected based on the topic demand and relevance in conjunction to the published criteria. These presentations are monitored for content as company-specific or sales oriented talks are not permitted.

Terms and Conditions for RMISC are very simple and straightforward. The following provide you with exactly what you will see online should you require this for expedited approval:

_____ I understand that booth selection will be made by the Conference based on receipt of payment, sponsorship level and date of commitment.

_____ I agree to the following: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – Sponsors and exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless RMISC, iPlanIt and the Colorado Convention Center and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with the transportation, placing, removal, or display of exhibits. Exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever against RMISC and its agents for loss, theft, and damage of goods. Nor for any injury to self or employees while in the exhibition area; nor for any damage of any nature, including damage to business by reason of failure to provide space for exhibit; nor for any action of any nature by management.

Items required for printed or published materials will be due by a specific date (Estimated to be May 4, 2020). PAYMENT

You will have options available for payment online. You may use a credit card to pay for the sponsorship online. With this selection, following submission, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation showing your payment and a $0.00 balance.

You also have the option of selecting Payment by Check. This will allow you to submit the sponsorship commitment with a balance due. Upon submission, you will receive an email invoice and confirmation that can be submitted for payment processing. Payments for Early Bird prices are due no later than November 15, 2019. For all regularly priced packages, payments are due within 30 days of the submission depending on the date of commitment. Within 30 days of the conference, all payments will be due no later than Monday June 1, 2020.
