▪ purpose of sport: improve physical ability, provide entertainment to participants, fight against obesity…

▪ sports organizations: IOC, ASOIF, AIOWF, ARISF, IWGA, GAISF.

▪ Advantages: better mood, normal weight = good figure, less aggressive, healthy lifestyle…

▪ Disadvanteges: paucity free time, sportpeople are often injured, bad marks in school...

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPORTS

▪ Indoor sports: indoor athletics, darts, floorball, gymnastics, indoor soccer, table tennis, snooker, squash, dancesport ...

▪ Outdoor: skiing, snowboarding, diving, golf, windsurfing, canoeing, baseball, downhill skiing…
