Sweet Peach Paper is proud to offer several different designs in our Holiday Card collection for 2012 (or for the New Year, 2013!). To begin, please review the following pages regarding the process of choosing your holiday card with Sweet Peach Paper. (If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail!).

THE DESIGN PROCESS.

Step 1 : Contact Sweet Peach Paper, preferably by e-mail – [email protected], and supply the following information : (1) chosen design; (2) high-resolution digital photo (300 dpi minimum); (3) change in wording; (4) change in color scheme (if applicable, and at no extra charge); and (5) any fun “extras” you would like to add to your Holiday Card!

Step 2 : Once your request has been received, we will email you with a price quotation for the project total, estimated timeline, and a deposit invoice in the amount of $45.00 (or half of the order total if less than $45.00). is deposit will be credited to your project total and is non-refundable.

Step 3 : Once your deposit is processed, you will receive your Initial Proof. Included in your Holiday Card price are three rounds of proofs – the Initial Proof, Second Proof, and Final Proof. With each revision requested, please allow for #ve days to receive an updated proof. We want you to be sublimely satis#ed with your Holiday Card, so please do not hesitate to send any and all feedback and use all three of your proofs. Should you require any additional proofs, a $15 proof charge will be added to your total.

Step 4 : Lastly, we will provide you with the Final Proof. Please review and con#rm that each and every little detail is perfect – the design, layout, photo placement, names, and so on. Once you have given the #nal approval (we consider the OK via email your contract!), we will send you an invoice for the project total.

** Please be aware that upon approval of your Final Proof, you accept responsibility for all of the elements of your Holiday Card, including any unnoticed errors. Sweet Peach Paper is not responsible for the costs of reprinting or shipping orders due to errors approved by the customer. We absolutely will do our very best – promise! – to read and reread over your Holiday Card and look for errors along the way, but you are the #nal eyes on your precious card. Should we need to reprint do to errors discovered after your Final Proof approval; we will gladly reprint, but most charge. **

Step 5 : Once the deposit is received, we will begin to print! We promise not print until you are completely satis#ed. Depending on the time frame in Step 3 it may take between 1 to 2 for you to receive the #nal printed product.

a sample timelin Turnaround for holiday photo cards is typically anywhere from 10 – 15 business days. Here is an example of a project timeline:

•  Client contacts SPP with Holiday Card information and high-resolution photo. •  Price quotation, estimated timeline, and deposit invoice sent to client. (1 – 2 days later) •  Deposit received from client. •  First Proof created based on client’s direction. (2 – 3 days after receiving deposit) •  Final Proof approval. (2 – 3 days depending on client) •  Holiday Card sent to printer. (1 day after Final Proof approval) •  Holiday Card completed and sent to client. (4 – 5 days after printed) •  Delivery. (2 – 4 days after shipping)

Customers often change their minds – don’t you know we do too! – so please allow ample time for your card to be designed and delivered to you!

We highly recommend ordering a return address stamp with your Holiday Card for an extra festive touch! Stamps also make a wonderful hostess or housewarming gift. Stamp prices begin at $35 for a 1.5” x 3” stamp. If you prefer a different size or a self-inking stamp, we are happy to provide you with more options. As well, we are happy to include a ColorBox brand stamp pad for $7 in a color to perfectly match your card.

We welcome changes you would like to make to your Holiday Card to make it uniquely yours. Without charge, you may change the color scheme, wording, size, or we can turn your favorite design into a $at or folded card to your liking. If you would like additional changes beyond those listed, let us know and we will work something out.

S H I P P I N G

e standard method for shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you may track and know the exact whereabouts of your package. If you prefer an expedited or insured shipping method, please let us know, and we will gladly arrange it.

If you live in the Dallas area, you are welcomed to pick up your order at our address!

Sweet Peach Paper uses the secure online payment service, Freshbooks. Estimates and invoices will be sent via email with a link available for you to view at any time. You may pay directly through Freshbooks with a credit card via PayPal, or by mailing a check to our address. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal, an additional 4% will be applied to your order total. e payments to expect while working with Sweet Peach Paper are a $45.00 initial deposit, and the remainder of your balance prior to shipment.
