SKILLSSKILLSSKILLSSKILLS As explained in the theory section, a cell is the box in the
spreadsheet where you insert your data. To do so, you
simply have to click on the one you want to fill, and type.
The cells have names depending on
which column and row they are in.
For example: the cell in which channel
lies, is A3 because it is in column A and row 3.
You can also resize cells to make them smaller or
bigger so they fit exactly your data.
This is done by:
1. Placing the cursor between the right side of the
column you want to resize and the one next to it.
2. Clicking, holding and dragging to where you want it.

You can use cells to carry out calculations,
using FUNCTIONS and FORMULAS.
If you wanted to calculate how many hours you spent
watching E4 and ITV2 you could use a simple sum
function.
By typing an equals sign (=), selecting the two cells
that have that information, and putting a plus sign
between them (+).
GRAPHSGRAPHSGRAPHSGRAPHS Highlight the information you want to include,
Click on the ‘chart wizard’, on the top tool bar,
Select the column graph that you like the most,
Click next & Add the values to the Axis & Done!
