Celsius Condominiums Has Reached Another Construction Milestone

With some of the coldest Celsius degrees on record, the experienced construction team at Celsius Condominiums weathered the extreme weather conditions admirably. The team has been working upwards since the crane was installed in August 2012. 20 months later and on a perfectly sunny day, the development team behind Celsius Condominiums successfully topped-off the building at the 19th floor. Shiu Pong Prinicpals, Henry and Daniel Hung were joined by Monarch Corporations President, David George and Senior Vice President (Highrise), Emilio Tesolin, along with Scotiabank’s James Simandl, Kirkor Architects Simon Ko, International Home Marketing’s Elliott Taube and P&B Marketing’s Simon Cane as the final bucket of concrete was poured.
