Personal Time ManagementTime is the only commodity that we cannot slow down, re-use, or control. More effective personal time management results when a step-by-step process improvement plan that includes analysis, planning and execution is completed.

Self-reflection and analysis lead to accepting that there are personal habits that need improvement. The next step is to evaluate techniques to replace the less-than-satisfactory behaviors. The action phase is where personal strategies can be converted to new habits that result in working smarter, not longer! Includes a pre-assessment and post assessment demonstrating key skills and attitudes attained.

Improving the Effectiveness of Internal Quality AuditsInternal Quality Audits are a vital part of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. When combined with corrective and preventive actions as well as management review, these three processes form the “heart” of the management system that can bring major benefits to the organization.

Increasingly organizations, as well as the new standard, are expecting more from these audits. Merely performing “checklist” or compliance-based audits is no longer acceptable.
