The Open School Spring Raffle Fundraiser 2017

We are excited for our spring fundraising raffle! Our fundraising goals include purchasing a second passenger van to help transport larger groups of children to our community enrichment activities, and raising funds to assist with building maintenance expenses.

Raffle tickets are $1 each or $10 for 11 tickets! Put your name and contact information on your tickets AND the number of the raffle item you are hoping to win. The item numbers are listed with the item descriptions/pictures. Each family is receiving 50 tickets to sell. Please see me if you need more. The family that sells the most receives a $200 tuition credit!

Please turn in tickets to the Open School NO LATER THAN May 22nd. The drawing will be May 23rd at noon, with results posted that evening during graduation. Need not be present to win. Good luck!

SPRING RAFFLE FUNDRAISER

$1 Tickets/ Buy 10 Get 1 Free We are excited to bring you our 10th annual Raffle Fundraiser featuring valuable prizes and merchandise. We have solicited coupons, gift certificates and passes from businesses around Laramie, Fort Collins and Denver, which we have divided into themed gift baskets to be raffled off. This fundraiser is open to anyone who wishes to join in and support The Open School! Here’s how it works:

• Tickets are $1.00 each or buy 10 and get 1 free • Fill out the back of the ticket with your name, phone number, and the basket # number that corresponds to

the item you want • When you have sold your tickets please put the tickets and money back into the envelope provided and

return them to the office. • All tickets must be purchased and turned in by May 22nd. • The drawing will be held at noon on May 23rd, with results posted at graduation that evening.• Need not be present to win • The winners will be notified by phone if they are not present the night of the drawing • If you have any questions regarding this fundraiser, please feel free to call at 307-745-7256. • The family who sells the MOST raffle tickets will get $200 off tuition for the Open School (for families who

have children going into Kindergarten in the fall we will reimburse you the $200). Last year, we were able to raise more than $3000 with this easy and fun fundraiser.
