Children’s Squash Courses

Catering for all ages and all abilities - whether that be a complete beginner, social player or serious competitor. We start as young as 18 months old; teaching hand-eye coordination, basic athletic skills, throwing and catching skills, as well as match skills.

As stated in Bye Law 40.2.1 Juniors may not book any court after 5.00pm on any weekday or after 4.00pm on Saturday EXCEPT when playing with a Senior in which case there are no restrictions. Juniors cannot be asked to vacate the courts outside the above restricted hours.

The Challenger may withdraw an ignored challenge at any time without penalty.

The player who ignores or declines a challenge loses (forfeits) be default.

When a player with a lower position defeats a player with a higher position, the defeated player is ‘bumped down’ to the next lowest position.

Players may challenge up to nine positions higher.

Accepted challenges auto-expire if a match result is not submitted within ten days.

Challenges are considered ‘ignored’ if neither accepted nor declined after seven days.

When a higher position player defeats a lower position player, the ladder positions remain the same.

COURSETerms and ConditionsWho are we?Edgbaston Priory Club, Sir Harry’s Road, Edgbaston, B15 2UZ is a private members’ club offering tennis, squash, lifestyle, food, beverage and events facilities.

Your personal data:Personal data is any information which identifies you as a living individual. This may include name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth, photographs and CCTV images.

How do we process your personal data?The privacy of your personal data is very important to us. On enrolment on the course, the following personal data is collected.• The Parent/Guardian’s personal data

• Name and date of birth of Junior• Photograph for identification purposes• Financial data to process payment• Medical and dietary needs• Emergency contact details

This data is required in order to successfully administer the course, inform you of course cancellations and to contact you in the event of an emergency.

We will seek consent to communicate with course participants regarding future courses, events and special offers. If you agree to receiving marketing communications from us you are able to change your mind at any time by unsubscribing or by informing us by email or by phone. However, if you do not opt in to receive marketing communications, you may not hear about events and offers that may be of interest to you.

Sharing your personal dataYour personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with EPC coaches running the course that you are signing up to in order to take registers and make awards.

We will never give out your information to third parties. The Lawn Tennis Association and England Squash are only given aggregate data and no personal data is provided to them.

How long do we keep your personal data?Enrolee details are retained for one term and then destroyed if renewals do not occur. Registers are printed for coaches on the day of a course session. These are kept by the coaches at all times and are destroyed on the same day of use.

Your rights and personal dataUnless subject to an exemption under the ‘GDPR’, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: -
