Programme Day ( Check List the day before) Check mikes and sound output Assign duties . Always keep some chairs with dummy seating Play some soft instrumental music in the venue Darshan music Compere should be well prepared as he is mastering the ceremony-An Alumnus, A proficient Sevadal, Mahila , Youth. For Children let children compere. Biodata of the speakers should be crisp and ready for introduction The District President on the dais first, then The President of the function to be invited first, then the other speakers on seniority and lastly the Chief Guest to the dias Please ensure that some one escorts them to the dias-A senior member of the Organisation is preferred .As they walk please introduce them briefly Don’t call the next person on stage till the time the prior person is seated and settled.
