with local and international standards. The company strategic
plan emphasizes a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the
operations especially in the maintenance of sewerage treatment
plant and waste water system; exterminate grease trap and
manhole blockage and other task related to waste water system.
We also supply the individual equipment for sewage
treatment plant. Engineering, construction and maintenance is
handled by experience engineers, trained installers and qualified
technicians. We can help and offer our services to assist wherever
possible within our capabilities to ensure that your treatment plant
operates at its optimum, therefore protecting the soak away system or
watercourse at the point of discharge.

WORKING SCHEDULE
General Scope of Work
Weekly
Check for operation conditions of all mechanical and electrical device and equipment within the treatment plant area.
� Observe water surface for floating debris and scum and remove them manually. �
Visually observe the water distribution mechanism of the wastewater over the filter media.
� To inspect oil and lubricant level of all mechanical equipment and transfer pumps and top up where necessary.
� Record readings, of all hour run meters of the main electric panel.
� To clear and clean screen baskets, remove screenings, grit and rubbish from within working area.
� Visual inspects pump sump level floats switches.
� To upkeep the clarifier and remove all floating materials.
� To upkeep compound and surroundings of sewage treatment plant.
Monthly
� To check all the electrical switches, limit switches and contacts. � To check for leakage’s of pipes and valves.
� To collect treated water samples and send them to recognized laboratory for analysis and the report will be submitted to owner on a monthly basis. � To cut grass around the compound.
Half Yearly
� Comprehensive checks of all motors for wear and tear.
� To grease all motor bearing and to replace lubricant where necessary.
Yearly
� To inspect entire sewage treatment plant for paint work defect and rust. Small touch ups with new coat of paint where requires. (Addition cost will be chargeable to the client, if extensive paint job needs to be done).
