noTiFicATion inViTinG TendeRSFor and on behalf of Governor of J&K State, sealed tenders affixed with revenue stamp of Rs. 5/- are invited from the registered and reputed dealers/firms/suppliers to fix the rate contract for supply of various items of electric/ sanitary/ stationery/painting/ Computer/building material/Hardware/ utensils/photocopier and other miscellaneous items (details shown in the annexure of tender document) required by this District till ending March-2017 on the terms & conditions mentioned in a separate sheet annexed with the tender document. The Tender should be enclosed with a CDR of Rs. 50,000/-. The tender documents along with the list of items can be had from this office against the cash payment of Rs,500/= on any working day within three days including the date of publication of this notice. The tenders shall be received by this office through registered post/speed post/courier service on any working day within six days from the publication of this notice. The tenders shall be opened by the tender opening committee (to be constituted separately) on next day in presence of the tenderers whosoever may intend to be present, subject to any unforeseen circumstances.
