Course Objectives: To understand the concept of transformation of goods and services and the techniques to do it efficiently. To gain insights into the logistics function and its importance in the overall supply chain. Student learning outcomes from the course: :Understanding of the different types of production systems and supply chains. Importance of logistics and their role. Methods to improve efficiencies to cut down lead time and final cost of products and services.

Explanation of the choice of methods for assessment of Learning Goals
