Inspired by the Holy Spirit, we prayerfully seek to serve God by the way we worship, celebrate the sacraments, witness the Gospel, and serve one another. We are committed to live our Christian life as a community of hospitality, spiritual enrichment, and service through works of compassion, mercy, and evangelization. We are called to proclaim, teach and model the good news of Jesus Christ. We pledge our time, talent, and treasures for the fulfillment of our parish mission.

Enrichment

Appalachia Team Thanks You! The Appalachia Mission team would like to thank everyone who gave food, gift cards, money and prayers

in support of our June trip to the diocese of Preston County, WV. Your generous giving enabled us to feed our workers and purchase needed supplies for our construction projects.

In just four days, our group of 55 adults and teens was able to build a two-bedroom addition on a trailer for a couple who gained custody of five nieces and nephews, build two large decks and wheelchair ramps for an older couple, replace flooring throughout a trailer for a man in a wheelchair, repair and replace a roof on a trailer addition, add handicapped bars to an elderly woman's bathroom, add a porch and steps to a trailer, and replace a railing and ramp that had been torn off by an ambulance. We were blessed to have your help in making our mission trip a success!

We have come a long way in upgrading and enhancing our parish facilities because of your generosity. Our building plans are not yet complete, however, and our various parish committees will be continuing their work in determining St. Ferdinand Parish needs as we move forward with the merger process. Please keep in mind that ALL funds raised in these campaigns are for the benefit of St. Ferdinand Parish only. Also keep in mind that these funds cannot be used in any way by the diocese. Please note that additional contributions can still be made as outlined below. Excess Parish Share funds are restricted for use by St. Ferdinand Parish only.

IF YOU HAVE FULFILLED YOUR PLEDGE THROUGH "CHURCH ALIVE" AT THE DIOCESE, BUT STILL WISH TO MAKE ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS:

1) Please contact the parish office for information on how to do this. You can continue to make contributions on fulfilled pledges, even after June 30.
