Annual School Christmas Bazaar

The school Annual Christmas Bazaar is just around the corner! What is the Christmas Bazaar? The Christmas Bazaar allows students to buy Christmas gifts for their loved ones. The Christmas Bazaar committee purchased items at great prices at many ‘After Christmas’ sales last year. The Dining facility will be transformed into a Christmas Shop on December 9th. Each class is assigned a time to shop on either December 10th, 11th or 12th. There will be volunteer elves to wrap the gifts so that your children can surprise their loved ones at Christmas time. Children love this opportunity to shop on their own! Our elves are busy, busy, busy! We need elves to help set up the Dining Facility starting Sunday, December 9th (2pm). Give us a call or shoot us an email and we will get you started! We are also in need of many volunteers at the Bazaar to make it both fun and successful. Many hands make light work. ALL volunteer elves will be fed a light breakfast and lunch! Please sign up to wrap presents, be personal shoppers to the little ones, and become one of our "elves" to clean up on December 6th. Please access the Sign Up Genius link to review all the volunteer opportunities and sign up: https://tinyurl.com/sfas-Bazaar2018. Donations of colored tissue paper, wrapping paper, various sizes of gift bags and tape are needed. These can be dropped off in the school office at any time. Please label your donations as “Christmas Bazaar”. Your child's purchases will be charged to your FACTS account. Approval forms will be sent home with your child, as in years past, but instead of writing a check or enclosing cash for their purchases, you would authorize a maximum amount for your young shopper. Only what they spend will be charged to your FACTS account. Thanks, Sharon Gardner
