NOTICE: TWO CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY ST Our weekday Friday mass will be moved to 12noon from 8am. On a First Friday, rosary will be at 7:30am with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 8am-12noon. For the summer months the Saturday 8am mass is cancelled beginning July 8th ENJOY YOUR

Fr. Paul is away from the parish office and returning on Wednesday June 21st.

The parish office will be open from 9am-12noon only during his absence, and is

closed Monday, June 19th. We thank Rev. Joseph Machaj for celebrating with us. Our hospital chaplain Rev. Jean-Marie Beaublanc will celebrate our weekday masses.

St. Gertrude’s 5th Annual Golf Tournament THURSDAY, JULY 6th

Contact: Beth Cook 905-925-9871 MARYGROVE CAMP FOR GIRLS The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul operates Marygrove Camp for less fortunate girls ages 5 - 13. Over 1,100 children attended camp last summer. Our primary source of funding for this Special Work of the Society is the annual camp collection held in the parishes throughout the Archdiocese. The annual collection for Marygrove Camp will be on June 10th and June 11th . Help turn concern into action. All are welcome! MISSION PRIEST Each year the Archdiocese arranges for our parishes to be visited by a Missionary Priest. We are pleased to announce that on the weekend of July 1st/2nd Fr. Emmanuel Walakira from Uganda East Africa will speak to us. We will take up a special collection for his mission the following weekend and envelopes for this will be available.

CREATION BUS TOUR GRACE BULDS ON NATURE: In the summer of 2018, Fr. Paul will lead a group of youth

on this wonderful 10 day ministry pilgrimage throughout Canada and the United States. Please donate - Envelopes to support our Youth Ministry Trip in 2018 are available on the entrance bookcases, or use a blank envelope including your name, address, envelope #. Your generous support provides an opportunity for youth to encounter the Lord, adventure through nature, and learn to love like Christ. The opportunity is also available to sponsor our children attending EDGE camp this summer. All donations tremendously help both the families and the parish. Donations may be placed in the regular collection plate in a clearly marked envelope.

Office at the Archdiocese. You will be

tax receipted directly by them.

Society of Saint Vincent de Paul thanks all

parishioners for the generous donations in the Lenten

cans. However, there are about 45 cans still trying to

find their way back to the church. If you see them

perhaps you could help them by handing them to the

ushers or leaving them at the back of the church.
