TOUGH TIMES in PROFOUND PRAYERS Please, come and spend time with the Lord during these 24 hours since tough times call for profound prayers. Make this time of worship, prayer and surrender to God, a priority. That is the way to cope in this ever chang- ing and challenging world. That is the solution to your many problems. Jesus offered up prayer and entreaty, aloud and in silent tears, to the one who had the power to save him out of death, and he submitted so humbly that his prayer was heard. He prayed and sweated blood in the garden of Gethsemane. Through prayer and adoration, the rays of God's light pierce through our souls, revealing to us our waywardness, our sinfulness, and how hurting and harmful that is to us. Then, like the prodigal son, we come to our senses, and decide to arise and return to our Father. Then, our heavenly Father rejoices and we are glad. So, please, come and spend time with the Lord.
