Proposed Project
Proposed Dune Project Extension
Proposed Dune Project Extension
• Place approximately 20 cubic yards of sand per foot to connect the two approved projects.
• Levy 1.5 mils (one and a half tenth of one percent) for 10 years on the taxable value of your property– As the taxable values of properties change, the
amount of the MSTU assessment would also change. See www.sjcpa.us for your current taxable value.
– For example, the average unit would pay ~$1,030 if 1.5 mils were assessed this year.
Proposed Dune Project Extension
• Creates a more durable dune system by connecting both existing projects with the Dune Project Extension.
• Helps protect your homes and property from future storms.
• Adds towel space to the beach.
• Helps protects dune habitat.
