PARISH MEMBERSHIP: Welcome to Saint Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church! We
are grateful for your worshipping with us. If you regularly attend Mass here in
Maggie Valley, you are encouraged to register in the parish at the office during the
week. Please note that a family must be registered at Saint Margaret’s in order for
their children to be enrolled in our religious education program.
MARRIAGE: A new set of guidelines for weddings at Saint Margaret’s has been
issued and is posted on the parish web site. Please note that only those who have
some connection with this parish (such as being a member, or the child of a
member) may get married here; weddings are also normally not scheduled during
Advent or Lent because of the penitential nature of those seasons.
VISITING THE SICK: Please call the parish office to arrange for Communion or for
the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick.
DAILY MORNING AND EVENING PRAYER: Morning Prayer is read at 7:20 AM daily, and
Evening Prayer is read at 5:00 PM daily. Books are available for those who wish to
participate; all are welcome.
Daily Mass: Mass is offered at 8:00 am daily. Mass on Saturday morning is from
the Book of Divine Worship - The Missal.
AUDIO/VISUAL DEVELOPMENT AND LIVE STREAMING: The audio feed for all of our services
(Daily Morning Prayer, Daily Evening Prayer, and Mass [both daily and Sunday]) is
being transmitted on 90.3 FM. Live Streaming of Mass can be found on the parish
website by clicking on the link “Watch” , or on the YouTube Channel: All streamed
services are recorded and available in the St. Margaret of Scotland-Maggie Valley

Scotland at 8:00AM & 6:00PM
Giving Tree: Once again the Knights of Columbus will be working with the

are less fortunate during this Christmas season. Please consider
participating to make a child’s Christmas special. Unwrapped gifts are due
in the narthex by Friday11 December 2020
Prison Ministry: The prison ministry would like to collect Christmas Cards
with stamps attached to the blank envelopes to allow the inmates to send
Christmas cards to their loved ones this year. They are also looking for
