The Christmas season ends with the feast of the Bap�sm of the Lord on January 12th. We hope you were able to fill your heart with Hope, Love, Joy and Peace; gi�s which only the King of Kings can give. Remember, it is not only during this �me we can encounter Jesus, we may do so daily in the Blessed Sacrament present always in the tabernacle.
If you would like a box of envelopes for the year 2020, they are available outside the office area. Please, complete your informa�on clearly on the envelope a�ached to your box, and place it in the collec�on basket the following weekend. Please, do not use any other envelopes from the box before January 2020.

MMass Intentions For the Week of
~ December 29th ~ D ear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, As you recall every year we offer a “House Blessing Kit” for families to take home on the feast of the Epiphany (which is next weekend), so that
families can take some time to bless their homes and consecrate their families to the protection of the Christ Child. This year we have decided to change things up and make a concerted effort to be environmental friendly. In the past years we would give parishioners small plastic Holy water containers so that people could bless their homes. This year we have decided to invite families to bring their own small containers filled with water and bring them to mass next weekend. Our hope would be that many of you can bring last year’s holy water bottles filled with tap water so that we can bless them. This would be a great effort for our environment if we could all pitch in and reuse last year’s bottles. Next weekend, at the end of all of the masses, we will ask those who have brought their bottles of water to raise them up and we will bless them so that you can bring them home to use for the House blessing. In next weekend’s bulletin we will have the House blessing liturgy that families can follow with your holy water. Finally, on behalf of Fr. Patrick, Deacon Franciscus, Deacon Doug, Liz (our Parish Pastoral Assistant), and the whole parish staff, I would like to extend to you a most Holy and Joyful New Year! Saturday, January 4th after the 5 p.m. Mass the St. Mary’s Youth Group will create a live nativity scene. Everyone is welcome to take pictures by the scene following the Mass. This is a wonderful unique photo opportunity for you and your family during this Christmas Season!
