The Five Star Signature theme for March is “Eye of the Tiger.” March marks the end of hibernation for many animals and the beginning of spring. Discovering your “spirit animal” is a great way to connect to the animal kingdom and the world.

A spirit animal is characterized as a teacher or messenger that comes in the form of an animal and has a personal relationship to an individual. It is believed that you do not choose the animal, rather it chooses, or has already chosen, you. The animal is there to provide “medicine” to the recipient in the form of guidance, lessons, protection, power or wisdom

So how do we find our spirit animal? It might often come in a dream or even watching TV, where you notice a certain animal more than any other. We hope you will embrace your spirit animal during March at Stratford Court.

In order to help you, you’ll find the Eye of the Tiger showing up in the inspirational videos, Journaling suggestions and Activity Packets. We have also scheduled a video and discussion group “Finding your Spirit Animal” on Thursday, March 11th, at 1:30 p.m.
