Marian Pilgrimage at 7:00pm at Holy Rosary Mission
Celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with a
Rosary procession in the woods, followed by an outdoor Mass .

St. Benedict’s Women’s Retreat
Friday, Sept 13th @ 6pm - Sunday, Sept 15th
St. Benedict’s Women’s Retreat begins with supper at
6pm Friday, September 13th and ends with brunch on
Sunday morning, September 15th. Speaker will be Prof.
Jeremy Miller, Gwynedd Mercy University.
Theme: “Navigating Praying: Some Clues and Some
Pitfalls.” Cost for the retreat is $100 per person - private
dorm room, $90 per person - shared dorm room. Cabins

Youth & Young Adult Corner
Youth Minister Needed! St. Paul Catholic Church is seeking a part-time
Youth Minister to oversee Confirmation and the
Middle School and High School Youth Groups.
This a "hands-on" position that is responsible for
developing and maintaining a vibrant youth
program as an integral part of our Parish
community and encourages teens and young
adults to participate in the life of the Parish. This
ministry leads and coordinates the
recruitment, training, and oversight of Core
Teams of adults and teens for our Youth
Programs and Confirmation programs and
activities. Ability to work independently and take
initiative and also function as a collaborative
team member of the Parish staff, including the
budgeting process, is necessary. Prior experience
and education will be factors in the hiring process
and in determining compensation. Candidates
must be a practicing Catholic. To apply, please
submit your resume and a cover letter that
highlights how your qualifications fit our need.

FAITH FORMATION UPDATES
PreK - High School Faith Formation Classes
The last day to register for children and youth faith
formation classes is September 15th. Thank you!
Classes begin September 22nd!
We are still in need of a few Catechists. Please
contact Hilda if you feel called to this ministry.
CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING
ALL volunteers working with minors in the coming
year need to attend a CASE training.
The first training in English will be offered
Sunday, August 11th at 11am
in the parish library.
Please RSVP to the parish office if you plan to
attend. Additional training dates, including those in
Spanish, will be posted soon.

1st RECONCILIATION & 1st HOLY COMMUNION
Preparation for these sacraments take place as part of
our faith formation classes. Children are expected to
participate in at least one year of faith formation prior to
the year of 1st Reconciliation and 1st Eucharist.
