First Saturday Devotional July 6
Archbishop Sample has encouraged all to participate in First Saturday Devotion, to make reparation for offences committed against Mary’s Immaculate Heart:
· Go to Confession
· Receive Holy Communion worthily
· Pray five decades of the Rosary
· Keep Our Lady company for 15 minutes while meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary
Mass on the first Saturday of each month is at 8:30 am followed by reconciliation at 9:00 am.
Church Choir
Your St Paul Music Ministry is taking a break this summer to refresh and rejuvenate! However, we ask that you will prayerfully consider joining the St. Paul Choir this Fall. We are looking for new members from High School-aged youth and older. The Sunday 10:30 choir known as the “St Paul Choir”, will begin practice again on Wednesday, August 14
th at 7:00 pm in Room 2 of
the Parish Center. The Sunday 8:00 am choir known as the “St Paul Singers” will start rehearsals again on Thursdays beginning on August 15
th at 7:00 pm.
The Saturday 5:30 pm choir is restructuring to allow for several different musical groups to provide music for Mass. Keep an eye on the Bulletin and Scroll for ways that aspiring singers of all ages can be involved starting in August.
Volunteers play a vital part to be the hands and feet of our Lord through their time and talent. Please consider volunteering for one of our current needs.
